二、「觀東」下，約諦約德示佛名。前明覺智但是通明，若於觀心不論別號，則觀於經未為極順。今於集諦達即真常，名為阿閦，此翻不動也。次於苦諦達即真樂，真樂尊重，名為實相。次於道諦達畢竟淨，常住慧命，名無量壽。次於滅諦達二我空，所顯真如是祕密藏，一音遍滿，名微妙聲。四方四佛本是心性，即性為觀，觀符於性成四佛名。

Second, from "contemplating the east..." onward, indicating the Buddha names in terms of truths and virtues. The previous explanation of awakening wisdom was only a general clarification; if one does not discuss specific titles in contemplating the mind, the contemplation of the sūtra is not yet fully harmonious. Now, realizing accumulation truth to be true permanence is named Akṣobhya, which is translated as "Immovable." Next, realizing suffering truth to be true bliss—true bliss being revered and respected—is named Real Characteristic. Next, realizing the path truth to be ultimate purity, the eternally abiding wisdom-life, is named Immeasurable Life. Next, realizing cessation truth to be the emptiness of both selves, the true suchness revealed being the secret treasury with a single voice filling everything, is named Subtle Voice. The four Buddhas of the four directions are originally the mind-nature; taking the nature as contemplation, contemplation conforms to the nature to accomplish the four Buddha names.
