二、「雖」下，總結。修雖漸頓，俱能破於界內外障，是故皆名能破勝法。

Second, from "although..." onward, the general conclusion. Although cultivation may be gradual or sudden, both are capable of destroying the obstacles within and beyond the triple realm; therefore, both are named superior dharmas capable of destroying.
