二、別釋，三：初、迭明破立，四。即是四教一一破前不如不是，方立本教如是之義。

Second, specific interpretation, in three parts: first, sequentially clarifying refutation and establishment, in four parts. That is, each of the four teachings refutes the preceding 'not thus and not right', and only then establishes the meaning of 'thus' (*ru-shi*) of its own teaching.
