二、「若」下，對上下論轉。二障在因是故易轉，報障已受是故難傳。難者若轉，易者必去。

Second, from "If" below, he discusses transformation in relation to what precedes and follows. The two obstacles are in the cause and are therefore easy to transform; the retributive obstacle has already been received and is therefore difficult to turn. If what is difficult can be transformed, what is easy will certainly be eliminated.
