二、「增長」下，以值佛釋成，二：初、舉三事譬。二、「風譬」下，以三輪合。身輪現通，駭動其心；意輪鑑機，智光照也；口輪演教，法水潤也。

Second, from 'increasing' onward, explaining and establishing it through encountering Buddhas, with two [points]: First, citing three analogies. Second, from 'the wind analogy' onward, matching them with the three wheels. The physical wheel displays supernormal transformations, shaking their minds; the mental wheel inspects their capacities, illuminated by the light of wisdom; the verbal wheel expounds the teachings, moistened by the waters of the Dharma.
