Second, from 'Not killing' onward, explaining their characteristics, with two [parts]: First, explaining with respect to killing and stealing, with two [points]: First, their combined endowment according to practice-characteristics; second, from 'The present sūtra' onward, clarifying that the present sūtra presents them interchangeably.
