二、「若備」下，例八各論。止行二善有三差別，謂自、他、共。一自行者，如文云「不殺是止、放生是行。不盜是止、施食是行。」

Second, from 'If comprehensively' onward, discussing the remaining eight by analogy. The two goods of cessation and practice have three distinctions: self, other, and shared. As for the first, one's own practice, as the text says: 'Not killing is cessation, releasing life is practice. Not stealing is cessation, giving food is practice.'
