二、「備口」下，結示口過。見是妄情，須生轉計，即兩舌也。宣邪惡理，即惡口也。巧飾邪言，即綺語也。諸見本邪，以邪為正而誑於人，故標妄語，其實備四。

Second, from "Possessing verbal" downward, concluding and indicating the verbal faults. Views are false sentiments that necessarily produce further reckonings, which is divisive speech. Proclaiming evil and wicked principles is harsh speech. Artfully embellishing wicked words is frivolous speech. The various views are fundamentally perverse; taking the perverse as correct and thereby deceiving people, false speech is singled out as the title, but in reality it encompasses all four.
