3.111

初、明觀隨於境。法性者，諸法實相也，名如來藏，何德不具？雖具此德，而本離念。今乃稱本絕念而觀，是故此觀亦具本性一切功德，是故結云觀慧亦爾。

First, explaining that contemplation accords with the object. "Dharma-nature" is the true mark of all phenomena; termed the tathāgatagarbha, what virtue does it lack? Although possessing these virtues, it is fundamentally free from conceptual thought. Now one contemplates in accord with this fundamental transcendence of thought; therefore, this contemplation also possesses all the merits of the fundamental nature. Hence it concludes by stating that contemplative wisdom is also like this.
