初自分四：初、總拔眾苦。二、「若有」下，拔根缺苦。三、「十方」下，拔病苦。四、「若犯」下，拔王難苦。

The first section is divided into four: first, generally uprooting all sufferings; second, from "if there are" downward, uprooting the suffering of defective faculties; third, from "ten directions" downward, uprooting the suffering of illness; fourth, from "if one violates" downward, uprooting the suffering of royal distress.
