二、「歸依處者」下，釋。經云「我作歸處」，我體如何？故以法性諦理妙境佛師祕藏而證釋之。十方等者，若分若滿，聖皆住中，即以此處令眾生住。初心能住，名為得處。

Second, from "the place of refuge is" downward, the explanation. The sūtra says, "I will be a place of refuge"; what is the essence of "I"? Therefore, it is confirmed and explained through the nature of phenomena, the principle of truth, the wondrous realm, the teacher of Buddhas, and the secret treasury. As for "in the ten directions," whether partially or fully, all noble ones abide in the middle, and it is precisely through this locus that they cause sentient beings to abide. If the initial mind can abide, this is called attaining the locus.
