二、「以有」下，委就迷悟釋。生法是果，成由惑業，故云以有無明等也。「既有」下，欲空生法，須論三觀。助事觀者，助道事想觀也，即不淨流溢等是。所助正道，即二空契理之觀。正助二修為顯一性，故立非事非理之觀也。「是事」下，以今知三，驗其無明是事不知。三皆事者，以在修故。《不二門》云「修雖具九」也。

Second, from "Because there is..." onward, explaining in detail with reference to delusion and awakening. Persons and dharmas are fruits, brought about by afflictions and karma; hence it says "because there is ignorance," and so forth. From "Since there is..." onward: wishing to empty persons and dharmas, one must discuss the three contemplations. Contemplation of auxiliary phenomena refers to the conceptual contemplation of phenomena that aids the path, namely the overflowing of impurities and the like. The correct path that is aided is the contemplation of the two emptinesses according with principle. The two cultivations, correct and auxiliary, are for revealing the one nature, hence the contemplation of neither phenomena nor principle is established. From "these things..." onward: by knowing the three at present, one verifies that ignorance does not know these things. That all three are phenomena is because they reside in cultivation. The *Gate of Non-duality* says: "cultivation, though possessing nine," and so forth.
