4.355

初、約檀明諦。不獨行檀具於四諦，五度皆然。五不依諦則不動不出，何度之有？復須知今依無作諦。

First, explaining the truth in terms of giving (dāna). It is not only the practice of giving that possesses the four truths; all five perfections are like this. If the five do not rely on the truths, there is neither movement nor emergence; what delivery could there be? Furthermore, one must know that here one relies on the uncreated truths.
