5.105

初、正立法。能成佛者，諸佛軌法方成因果，以法常故諸佛得常。例樂我淨，亦復如是。

First, directly setting up the Dharma. That which can accomplish Buddhahood: only with the track and Dharma of all buddhas do cause and effect come to be; because the Dharma is eternal, all buddhas attain eternity. Drawing the parallel with bliss, self, and purity, it is also like this.
