二、「若有」下，加化道。前加四辯，是能化之道；今加其人，是所化之機。此二和合，化道無窮也。

Second, from "If there is" onward, empowers the way of conversion. The preceding empowerment with the four eloquences was the way of the one who converts; now empowering the person concerns the capacity of those to be converted. When these two harmonize, the way of conversion is inexhaustible.
