三、對治。內姦，謂亂臣賊子。孔安國曰：「在內曰姦，在外曰宄。」「禍亂」下，禍者，謂善人逢殃。亂者，謂臣下悖逆作起也。災者，天反時，風雨不節也。害者，地反時，水旱傷稼也。

Third, the therapeutic [siddhānta]. "Internal villainy" refers to rebellious ministers and traitorous sons. Kong Anguo says: "On the inside it is called jian (villainy); on the outside it is called gui (treason)." From "Misfortunes and rebellions" downward: "misfortune" means good people encountering calamity; "rebellion" means subordinate ministers turning rebellious and rising up. "Disaster" means heaven running contrary to the seasons, with wind and rain lacking moderation; "harm" means earth running contrary to the seasons, with floods and droughts harming the crops.
