二、明遮惡名王。即經云「羅剎魁膾等，以能遮暴惡故，亦名羅剎魁膾也。」以「亦名」二字貫下，如羅剎中魁卒，故眾鬼不敢為非也。

Second, explaining that suppressing evil is called being a king. This is what the sūtra refers to: "Rākṣasa executioners and the like, because they can suppress violent evil, are also called rākṣasa executioners." The two characters "also called" connect throughout the passage below, like the head soldiers among rākṣasas, so that the host of ghosts dare not commit wrong.
