二、「以此」下，明末從本立。如上所示本之六義，因果六位皆即此義，此義能作世出世間一切事本，今即此本而談〈正論〉。其圓教機聞治國事即達其本，乃能頓治四種之國。

Second, from "By means of this" onward, clarifying that the branches are established from the source. As shown in the six meanings of the source above, the six positions of cause and effect are all identical with these meanings. These meanings can serve as the source of all mundane and supramundane matters. Now relying on this source, the Treatise on Correct Governance is discussed. Those of capacity for the perfect teaching, hearing of the affairs of governing a country, immediately penetrate their source and are thus able to instantly govern the four kinds of countries.
