二、正與記。既云於是世界而無別名，即是還名娑婆，此乃土轉名不轉。一句注云云者，令如向釋也。

Second, properly granting the prophecy. Since it says "in this world without any other name," it is still named Sahā; this is the land changing while the name does not change. The single phrase annotated "and so forth" directs one to explain it as above.
