三、「從多」下，答病起。時節生與起時相不同者，微發為生，動用為起，微著不同也。夏日等者，四病四時生起所以也。

Third, from "from much" downward, answering about the arising of illnesses. The difference between the times of generation and flare-up is that subtle manifestation is generation, while active exertion is flare-up; the difference lies in subtlety versus prominence. Summer days and so forth explain why the four illnesses are generated and flare up in the four seasons.
