6.72

初又二：初、列二水；二、釋二水。今此一類世樂且在果報之益，出世唯明一實之益。若論此時結淨國緣，合遍人天及以四教。

The first again has two: first, listing the two waters; second, explaining the two waters. Now this kind of worldly joy temporarily lies in the benefit of retribution, whereas the supramundane solely clarifies the benefit of the one real [truth]. If we discuss the forming of affinities with the pure land at this time, it should pervade humans and devas as well as the four teachings.
