二、「時長」下，施食，二：初、察魚飢惱。徬徉，上扶方切，下以章切。《廣雅》「徙倚也。又徘徊也。」二、「善女天」下，取食施與。

Second, from "Then the elder..." downward, bestowing food, in two: first, observing the distress of the fish from hunger. Panghuang (徬徉): the upper character has the fanqie fufang; the lower character has the fanqie yizhang. The Guangya says: "It means to pace back and forth; also to wander about." Second, from "Goddess..." downward, fetching food and giving it.
