Fifth, because the teacher of the doctrine is superior. In the sūtra, "because of the power of great compassion" and so forth: because he universally covers the dharma realm with unconditioned great compassion, he surpasses the four immeasurable minds of King Brahmā; because he accumulated kalpas of benefiting beings through unimaginable austerities, he surpasses the cause of the ten virtuous deeds of Lord Śakra.
