贊曰：列藥叉眾，文亦分四。藥叉，此云勇健，亦云捷疾，亦攝地行諸邏剎娑。邏剎娑，此云暴惡。歎德有三：一愛正法、二能護持、三不疲倦。

Commentary: In listing the assembly of yakṣas, the text is also divided into four parts. 'Yakṣa': here translated as 'valiant and strong', also called 'swift'; it also subsumes the terrestrial rākṣasas. 'Rākṣasa': here translated as 'ferocious and evil'. In praising their virtues there are three aspects: first, loving the saddharma; second, being able to protect and uphold [it]; third, not growing weary.
