四、依果者，如前舊釋，依於三身三德者是。此意欲顯教理行果四種皆勝，俱得名經。由依勝教能顯勝理，依於勝理能起勝行，由勝行故能得勝果，故通依四以立經名。

Fourth, regarding [explaining] according to fruition: as in the previous old interpretation, it refers to relying on the three bodies and three virtues. The intention here is to reveal that teaching, principle, practice, and fruition are all four supreme, and all may receive the name "sūtra". Because by relying on the supreme teaching one can reveal the supreme principle, by relying on the supreme principle one can initiate supreme practice, and through supreme practice one can attain supreme fruition, the title of the sūtra is established by relying generally on all four.
