2.82

經　「於佛世尊｀所說經教，速當受持，讀誦通利，為人解說＇，不生謗毀。」

The sūtra says: “and that regarding the sūtras and teachings spoken by the Buddha, the World-Honoured One, they should quickly receive and uphold them, read and recite them fluently, and explain them to others, without generating slander.”
