Sūtra: "As for my dharmakāya, it is peerlessly pure, with various wondrous marks, immeasurable wisdom, immeasurable sovereignty, and immeasurable merits, difficult to conceive. All sentient beings receive its benefits; they could not be fully spoken of in hundreds of thousands of myriads of kalpas. The dharmakāya encompasses and stores all dharmas, but all dharmas do not encompass the dharmakāya. The dharmakāya is permanent and does not fall into the view of eternalism; although it is cessation, it is not the view of annihilationism. It can destroy the various divergent views of sentient beings and generate their various true views; it can untie the bonds of all sentient beings. With no bonds to be untied, it can plant all the roots of good in sentient beings. Those not yet matured it causes to mature; those already matured it causes to be liberated. It is without action and without movement, far removed from turmoil, tranquil, and unconditioned, sovereign and blissful, transcending the three times and capable of manifesting the three times. Transcending the sphere of the śrāvakas and pratyekabuddhas, it is that which is cultivated by all great bodhisattvas; in essence, it does not differ among all Tathāgatas."
