下第三大段依勸修行。有五：一願修行、二「爾時梵王」已下諸天供養、三「三千大千」下現諸瑞應、四「時天帝釋」下諸天解悟、五「佛言如是」下佛為印可。初中，初舉行法之者、二「從坐而起」下請行儀則、三「白佛言」下正願修行。願修行中有三：初願修、次徵、後釋。諸天供養，文相可知。

Below is the third major section: cultivating practice in accordance with the exhortation. It has five parts: first, vowing to cultivate practice; second, from "At that time, Brahmā" onwards, the devas making offerings; third, from "the great trichiliocosm" onwards, the manifestation of various auspicious portents; fourth, from "Then Śakra, king of the devas" onwards, the realization and comprehension of the devas; fifth, from "The Buddha said, 'So it is'" onwards, the Buddha's endorsement. In the first [part], first, the persons who cultivate the Dharma are presented; second, from "rose from their seats" onwards, they request the formal etiquette for practice; third, from "addressed the Buddha, saying" onwards, they genuinely vow to cultivate practice. In vowing to cultivate practice, there are three parts: first, vowing to cultivate; next, the inquiry; finally, the explanation. The offerings made by the devas: the textual form is easily understood.
