經 「善男子！若一切眾生未種善根、未成熟善根、未親近諸佛者，不能聽聞是微妙法。」
The sūtra says: "Good son! If any sentient beings have not planted roots of goodness, have not ripened roots of goodness, and have not attended upon the Buddhas, they cannot hear this subtle and wondrous Dharma."
