贊曰：得勝總持法。初總標、後別示。初也。四陀羅尼中，是能得不退陀羅尼，證法性故無盡，得不退故無減。

The commentary says: Attaining the superior dharmas of dhāraṇī. First is a general statement, and next a specific presentation. This is the first. Among the four dhāraṇīs, this is obtaining the non-retrogressing dhāraṇī; because it realizes the Dharmatā, it is inexhaustible; because it attains non-retrogression, it is undiminishing.
