經　「所謂無盡無減。海印出妙功德陀羅尼無盡無減，通達眾生意行言語陀羅尼無盡無減。」

The sūtra says: "Namely, inexhaustible and undiminishing: the inexhaustible and undiminishing dhāraṇī of manifesting wondrous merit through the ocean-seal; the inexhaustible and undiminishing dhāraṇī of penetrating the mental dispositions and expressions of sentient beings;"
