下明依行感瑞，有二：初四天述感應、後「佛告四天王」下佛述感應。天述中，初總、後別。總中有二：初香煙至處、二香煙祥瑞。

Below, it clarifies how acting accordingly evokes auspicious responses. There are two parts: first, the Four Heavenly Kings narrate the response; later, from 'The Buddha told the Four Heavenly Kings...' onward, the Buddha narrates the response. Within the gods' narration, there is first a general statement, and later a specific one. Within the general statement, there are two: 1. the places reached by the incense smoke; 2. the auspicious signs of the incense smoke.
