下佛述感應，有二：一香烟遍至大千、「是諸人王」下明香周十方界。初中有四：一非局情、二「由彼人王」下明香周遍、三「種種香烟」下明祥瑞、四「如是三千」下結歸經力。

Below, the Buddha narrates the response. There are two parts: 1. the incense smoke reaches everywhere throughout the great chiliocosm; from 'When these kings of men...' onward clarifies the fragrance pervading the realms of the ten directions. In the first part there are four: 1. it is not confined to ordinary perception; 2. from 'Because that king of men...' onward clarifies that the fragrance is all-pervading; 3. from 'the various kinds of incense smoke...' onward clarifies the auspicious signs; 4. from 'All the various throughout this trichiliocosm...' onward concludes by attributing it to the power of the sūtra.
