贊曰：下見多聞王益，有五：初標欲求見、二教求見儀、三令誦神呪、四王為現身、五遂其所願。教求見儀中，一時節、二畫佛、三畫法、四者持戒、五畫侍者身、六「布列」下令修供養。

The Commentary says: Below, the benefit of seeing the King Much-Hearing has five parts: first, indicating the wish to seek an audience; second, teaching the ritual for seeking an audience; third, instructing the recitation of the divine dhāraṇī; fourth, the king manifesting his body for him; fifth, fulfilling what he wishes. Within teaching the ritual for seeking an audience: 1. the timing; 2. painting the Buddha; 3. the method of painting; 4. upholding the precepts; 5. painting the attendants' bodies; 6. from 'Lay out' down, instructing the cultivation of offerings.
