下五頌大段第二結成違正法。有四：一頌結不罰惡、一頌結不修善、一頌結善惡報、二頌結違教非人。

Below, the five verses are the second major section, concluding the violation of the correct Dharma. There are four parts: one verse concluding the failure to punish evil; one verse concluding the failure to cultivate goodness; one verse concluding the retributions of good and evil; two verses concluding that violating the teachings makes one an illegitimate person.
