經 爾時大地一切人王及諸大眾，聞佛說此古昔人王治國要法，得未曾有，皆大歡喜信受奉行。
Sūtra: At that time, all the human kings of the great earth and the great assembly, having heard the Buddha expound these essential laws of ancient human kings governing the state, attained what they had never had before, and all greatly rejoiced, faithfully accepted them, and carried them into practice.
