下第七，文亦同前。陳護法中，初頌護持經人、後頌護說經者，由護人故亦即護法。初各述能、後方陳護。第八妙吉祥，文亦同前。陳護法中，初述經利、後明護法。為俱𦙁天說是護法，恭敬聽聞者是護人。第九慈尊，文亦同前。陳護法中，初頌護人、後頌護法。第十，文亦同前。陳護法中，初一頌護法、後一頌護人。第十一，文亦同前。陳護法中，初一頌讚、後一頌護。樂菩提者護人，為廣宣通護法。

Below is the seventh [protector]; the text is also the same as before. In presenting the protection of the Dharma: the first stanza protects the person who upholds the sūtra; the second stanza protects the one who preaches the sūtra. Because of protecting the person, that is also directly protecting the Dharma. First each states their capacity, and only then presents their protection. As for the eighth, Mañjuśrī, the text is also the same as before. In presenting the protection of the Dharma: first it recounts the benefits of the sūtra; then it clarifies the protection of the Dharma. Preaching it for koṭis of devas is protecting the Dharma; those who reverently listen to it are the people protected. As for the ninth, Maitreya, the text is also the same as before. In presenting the protection of the Dharma: the first stanza protects the person; the second stanza protects the Dharma. As for the tenth, the text is also the same as before. In presenting the protection of the Dharma: the first stanza protects the Dharma; the second stanza protects the person. As for the eleventh, the text is also the same as before. In presenting the protection of the Dharma: the first stanza praises; the second stanza protects. 'Those who delight in bodhi' refers to protecting the person; 'broadly proclaim and propagate' refers to protecting the Dharma.
