「大慧！各別無間者，我、人、眾生、壽命，長養，士夫，彼諸眾生作如是覺，求般涅槃。復由異外道說，悉由作者見一切性已，言此是般涅槃。作如是覺，法無我見非分，彼無解脫。大慧！此諸聲聞乘無間外道種性，不出出覺，為轉彼惡見故，應當修學。」

"Mahāmati, as for the distinct unhindered [gotra]: soul, person, sentient being, life span, nurturer, and man—those sentient beings form such an awareness and seek parinirvāṇa. Furthermore, owing to other tīrthikas who teach that all [things] are produced by a creator, having seen all natures, they say, 'This is parinirvāṇa.' Forming such an awareness, the view of the selflessness of dharmas has no share [in them], and they have no liberation. Mahāmati, in these śrāvakayāna unhindered and tīrthika gotras, there is no awareness of escaping what is not an escape; in order to overturn their evil views, one should train [in this]."
