因上說因緣生法，遂疑言說有性，一切諸法亦有性耶。若諸法無性，則言從何起？遂結請云「言說有性、有一切性。」
Due to the preceding explanation of dharmas arising from causes and conditions, he consequently doubts whether words have svabhāva and whether all dharmas also have svabhāva. If dharmas have no svabhāva, from where would words arise? He then concludes by asking: 'Words have svabhāva, and everything has svabhāva.'
