無生作非性者，《入楞伽》云：「無作故無生。」謂諸法性本無生，故說無生。有性攝生死，頌上依業說生死也。以如幻觀之，則離妄想分別也。

Regarding "unproduced because action is non-nature," the Ru Lengqie says: "Because there is no action, there is no arising." It means the nature of dharmas originally has no arising; hence he speaks of non-arising. "Having nature gathers in saṃsāra" versifies the above statement about speaking of saṃsāra based on karma. Observing them as like an illusion, one is free from vikalpa and discrimination.
