From here to the end is a verse summary of the above [teaching on] awakening to the measure of one's own vikalpa mind, revealing the realm of the Tathāgata's self-realization. These eight lines briefly summarize mind-measure. Failing to comprehend that all phenomena are mind-only, one possesses an objective realm that is grasped. When one contemplates with samyagjñāna, one departs from the grasping mind and the grasped realm. Once grasping and grasped are transcended, there is no conceptualizing mind; this is mind-only, and thus it is said: "I declare it to be mind-measure." Although one comprehends that all phenomena are mind-only, if an attachment to svabhāva regarding the realm still remains, one has not yet managed to forget the thought of the grasper; one must directly leave behind both grasping and svabhāva before it is ultimately the mind-measure of the tathāgatagarbha mind. As for "grasping and svabhāva": grasping is that which grasps, and svabhāva is the grasped phenomenon.
