「大慧！我分部七地，善修心、意、意識相，善修我我所攝受人法無我生滅自共相，善四無礙、決定力三昧門，地次第相續，入道品法。」

"Mahāmati, I have classified the seven stages so that they may skillfully cultivate the lakṣaṇas of mind, manas, and manovijñāna; skillfully cultivate the rising, ceasing, svalakṣaṇa, and sāmānyalakṣaṇa of 'I' and 'mine' and the grasping of the two kinds of selflessness of persons and dharmas; skillfully master the four unhindered knowledges and the samādhi-doors of decisive power; succeed stage by stage; and enter the dharmas of the aids to awakening."
