「復次大慧！如金、金剛、佛舍利，得奇特性，終不損壞。大慧！若得無間有剎那者，聖應非聖，而聖未曾不聖，如金、金剛，雖經劫數稱量不滅。云何凡愚不善於我隱覆之說，於內外一切法作剎那想？」

"Furthermore, Mahāmati, just as gold, vajra, and the relics of the Buddha possess a rare nature and never suffer damage or decay. Mahāmati, if that which is attained through the uninterrupted [samādhi] were momentary, then the noble would not be noble; yet the noble have never been not noble. Just as gold and vajra, though passing through kalpas and being weighed and measured, do not diminish. Why do the foolish and ignorant, failing to understand my hidden and intentional discourse, form the notion of momentariness regarding all internal and external dharmas?"
