This speaks of practitioners of the One Vehicle: because their afflictive propensities are severed, they are not intoxicated by ignorance; understanding the bliss of the samādhi of true emptiness, they do not produce relish and attachment [to it], hence it is said to be "not of their nature"; thus do they attain awakening to the outflow-free realm. The outflow-free realm means entering the realm of true reward and receiving the body of dharmatā, manifesting forms according with various types [of beings], displaying birth and displaying cessation to liberate all existences; hence it says: "Having awakened, they re-enter the worldly and transcendent." Reaching the highest grade of quiescent light, with the two ornaments fully complete, they thoroughly manifest the inconceivable, sovereign Dharma body—this is the One Buddha Vehicle.
