This says that when a bodhisattva enters the eighth stage, they awaken to and understand that all dharmas are like illusions and all are devoid of marks; their body and mind are transformed without obstruction; abiding in the gates of all illusion-like samādhis, they enter ubiquitously into Buddha-lands with sovereign supernatural powers, adorned like wondrous flowers. From "swift as thought" onward, speaking of "like thought" and "like illusion," all describe the unimpeded speed of the transformation body. "Neither made nor unmade" means that the physical forms of the transformation body are not genuinely composed of the four great elements. "Like the made and unmade" means that these physical forms resemble what is composed; such illusorily created physical forms are fully endowed with the ornaments of merit and wisdom, projecting forms into Buddha-lands, penetrating that these dharmas are merely the nature of one's own svabhāva; this is the mind-made body of the svabhāva of svabhāva. This is transforming others.
