第二、明藏部所攝者，教既興已，次辨此教何藏所收。略辨三義：初就三藏、二約二藏、三約十二部。

Second, clarifying the subsumption under piṭakas and divisions: since the teaching has already arisen, next we discern by which piṭaka this teaching is gathered. Three meanings are briefly discerned: first, in terms of the three piṭakas; second, in terms of the two piṭakas; third, in terms of the twelve divisions.
