言出世間波羅蜜者，是二乘人厭捨生死、欣趣涅槃，求於自度，修習六種劣無漏行，故不得作佛。
Supramundane pāramitās means: persons of the two vehicles loathe and abandon saṃsāra and joyfully aspire to nirvāṇa, seeking their own deliverance and cultivating the six inferior undefiled practices; hence they cannot become buddhas.
