Through the conditions of false construction, the three realms, saṃsāra, existence, non-existence, and all dharmas arise—this is saṃvṛti-satya. If one realizes that conditions lack inherent nature and false discrimination ceases, this is the paramārtha, the realm navigated by the noble ones. Therefore the Vijñaptimātratāsiddhi states that the nature of dharmas has briefly two kinds: first, false, meaning parikalpita; second, real, meaning pariniṣpanna. Again there are two kinds: first, saṃvṛti, meaning paratantra; second, paramārtha, meaning pariniṣpanna. Hence it says: 'Pariniṣpanna is eternally far removed from the former nature with respect to that.' This means that in paratantra, if one is free from false construction, it is pariniṣpanna; hence it says: 'When severed, it is the realm of the noble ones.'
