夫已見道，愚癡自滅。漸證佛智，德無不明。猶如持火入諸闇室，冥闇都滅，而明獨存也。

When one has already seen the Way, foolishness and delusion are naturally extinguished. Gradually realizing the Buddha's wisdom, one's virtue leaves nothing unillumined. It is just like holding a fire and entering dark rooms: the gloom and darkness are entirely extinguished, and the light alone remains.
