許也，誡令審諦，勿雜餘緣，無以生滅心行聽實相法。《智論》偈云：「聽者端視如渴飲，一心入於語義中。踊躍聞法心悲喜，如是之人可為說。」

[Commentary:] This is the assent, admonishing them to listen carefully, without mingling other conditions, and not to listen to the Dharma of dharmatā with a mind and mental factors of arising and ceasing. A verse in the Dazhidulun states: "A listener looks intently like one thirsty drinking; / With single mind he enters into the meaning of the words. / Leaping with joy to hear the Dharma, his mind feels sorrow and joy; / For such a person it may be expounded."
